Summary: The subject of South-South Cooperation at the beginning of the 21st century will be approached, highlighting the different scenarios and new international connections of diplomacy, businesses, cultures, societies and values, in a Brazilian perspective. Health-related aspects will be discussed in special, particularly the Bioethical dimensions of this model of Cooperation.
