The second round of studies and analysis of the International Observatory of Human Capabilities, Development and Public Policies (OICH) has as its main focus the chronic conditions as a contribution to the new ways of thinking about health policies. The papers were prepared by researchers from different institutions, including a diverse agenda: post-2010 situation, environment and bioethics, health and pesticides, medication, smoking, alcoholism, industrial food, regulation of risk factors, health and freedom, health promotion, people with disabilities and drug policies.
