The third edition of the International Observatory of Human Capabilities, Development and Public Policy (OICH) focuses on the recent developments of public policies in Latin America, with emphasis on specific thematic areas such as Work, Education and Social Security. The concern to identify social inequalities increments in the different countries and their negative impact on the health of the population explains this focus.
