Nethis/Fiocruz participates in the XI Brazilian Congress of Bioethics

congresso de bioetica 2015The XI Brazilian Congress of Bioethics activities starts tomorrow, September 15th, with mini-courses. The Center for Bioethics and Diplomacy Studies in Health (Nethis/Fiocruz Brasília) will offer the only training of eight hours of the Congress, entitled “International Cooperation in Health. What bioethics has to do with it?”. The course will be taught by the researcher of the Casa de Oswaldo Cruz (COC/Fiocruz), Fernando Pires-Alves, by the Coordinator of Nethis/Fiocruz Brasilia, José Paranaguá, and by the researcher of Nethis/Fiocruz Brasilia, Roberta Campos.

Fiocruz and Nethis participate in the event with a booth, where the release of the book “Three Essays on Bioethics” will occur, from the researcher of the National School of Public Health Sérgio Arouca (Ensp/Fiocruz), Fermin Roland Schramm. Abrasco Books, the bookstore of Abrasco (Brazilian Association of Public Health), also participates with a library of publications on the issues addressed at the Congress, including authors/speakers.
