logo-capes-65-anosFor the second year in a row, the Center for Bioethics and Diplomacy Studies in Health (Nethis) won the open call / notice of the Program for Support to Events in the Country of the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Paep/Capes). The resource (R$ 35000 ) will be used in the four sessions of the 8th Cycle of Debates on Bioethics, Diplomacy and Public Health in the first semester.

“We’re not going to do exactly what was scheduled initially, because the resource that was made available is below what we asked for, but we have already adequated the proposal”, says Roberta de Freitas, Coordinator of Education and Research of Nethis.

The next sessions of the Cycle of Debates will have as a general theme “Development (with emphasis on aspects of ST&I) vis-à-vis the inequalities between countries: what international cooperation in health has to do with it?”
