Summary: The theme of international health, focusing on the repercution of the Brazilian bioethics in Latin America, will be addressed. It will be discussed, in special, the role of bioethics site on traditional focus enlargement of the discipline, taking into account the problematization of biomedical conflicts for consideration of social macroproblems that affect the health of populations.
