Fiocruz in Pre-Congress activities of Abrascão 2015

In addition to the course of International Cooperation in Health, offered by the Center for Bioethics and Diplomacy Studies in Health (Nethis/Fiocruz), on July 28th, the Center for International Relations in Health (Cris/Fiocruz) coordinated the workshop Discussing Global Health in the light of the Social Determinants of Health, with the researchers from Fiocruz Luiz Eduardo Franco, Álvaro Matida, Sebastián Tobar and Augusto Paulo Silva.

The Vice Presidency of Environment, Attention and Health promotion (VPAAPS) organized the workshop Alcohol, Crack and other Drugs: care mechanisms and guarantee of rights, coordinated by Fiocruz researcher Francisco Netto.

The researcher of UNA-SUS Augusto Souza Campos was one of the lectures of course in Surveillance in work environments and processes, promoted by the worker’s health working group.

BOOTH – Located in the centre of the tent of exhibitors of the event and with design of the Moorish Castle, the booth at Fiocruz brings some of the foundation’s headquarters in Rio de Janeiro to Goiania. With about 18 m², the booth stands out from the others, getting several visits and a special space for the Center for Bioethics and Diplomacy Studies in Health (Nethis/Fiocruz) to disclose its activities.

The 2015 Abrascão continues until July 1st, with presentation of papers, lectures and round tables.
