The course is covered in an introductory and interdisciplinary way, with integrating thematic cutout of the conceptual , political and operational dimensions of the spheres of knowledge and practices of public health, bio-ethics and international relations, privileging the social relevance of health in the context of international relations, from three key concepts: health inequalities; the meaning of development or progress; and the motivations for international cooperation.
