Annual Report of Activities NETHIS 2012

This report presents some results already consolidated by the Center for Bioethics and Diplomacy Studies in Health opened in mid-2010: structuring of the Center in the new headquarters of Fiocruz in Brasilia; definition of its areas of expertise and the organization of the technical team; work plan with the implementation of the thematic Virtual Library on Bioethics and Health Diplomacy; NETHIS Web portal; Cycle of Debates on Bioethics, Diplomacy and Public Health; and participation in various meetings and scientific congresses with presentation and publication of articles with interdisciplinary approach. All of these activities were targeted in order to contemplate the prospect of acting in national and international scope, with greater emphasis during this period for the relationship with the Portuguese-speaking community.
