On May 30th and 31st, Nethis/Fiocruz Brasilia and the Department of Health Economics, Development and Investments of the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Health (Desid/SE/MH) promoted the Seminar on Public Health in Latin America and the Caribbean, in the Auditorium Carlile Guerra de Macêdo of the Pan American Health Organization (Paho). The meeting discussed important international public health issues, such as: universal health coverage, the zika virus, development cooperation with Haiti and Government procurement of medicines.
